Promotions cannot be applied to previous purchases, they are only applicable at the time of purchase, during the alotted time frame.

ORDERS

Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender’s expense).

REFUNDS, RETURN & EXCHANGES

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and size selection for many of our pieces. No exchange or returns on pierced earrings for obvious health reasons. Initial and made to order items, made for individual customers are non-returnable.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 24 hours of delivered date at info@kandiceduke.com

For a refund which deducts any transfer fees and charges, a return request must be made within 24 hours of receipt. Any requests made after 24 hours will allow for exchange only for ready to ship orders and must be made within 7 day of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item received is determined to be damaged or unsaleable. Altered products and special orders cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

All returned pieces will be subject to a quality control inspection, and the original packaging must be intact. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the piece received is determined to be damaged.

REPAIRS

Jewelry purchased directly from Kandice Duké Fine Jewellery is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 30 days from delivery thereafter deemed to be caused by misuse. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. Kandice Duké Fine Jewellery purchased from third party vendors is not eligible for repair.

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@kandiceduke.com. We will assess the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair. Price of repair will be communicated prior to the beginning of the repair process.

For jewelry purchased through one of our stockists, please consult with the retailer about their repair policy as we are only able to assist with orders placed directly on www.kandiceduke.com
